Finance Graduate – Data Support Analyst- (Client Support)
Our client, a leading organization in finance, technology and financial news sector, is looking for a diligent and highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for finance to join their dynamic team. This is a 12-month temporary contract for 5 days per week onsite with an immediate start date.
The successful candidate will be supporting company’s clients with their requests via ticketing system, instant messaging service and phone calls. All questions/queries will be related to asset classes like Equity, Fixed Income and Multi Asset teams. In this role the core responsibility will be supporting Company’s clients through their Help Desk.

Es imprescindible tener capacidad para realizar varias tareas a la vez, prestar atención a los detalles y mantener la concentración y la motivación al trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
Se impartirá una formación financiera de primer nivel. Se trata de una oportunidad apasionante para que los titulados en finanzas, contabilidad, economía o disciplinas afines inicien su carrera profesional en el ámbito financiero dentro de una organización dinámica que valora y fomenta el desarrollo personal y ofrece un entorno de trabajo estimulante, positivo y lleno de energía.
Requisitos clave:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar discipline
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external Stakeholders (such as Enterprise Support, Analytics, and Data Product Teams)
Fantastic customer service skills and ability to engage with finance professionals
Prior experience / strong knowledge and understanding of the Financial Markets is preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast pace changing environment
Self-motivated, task-oriented, and high degree of professionalism and integrity
Take ownership and be proactive with key areas of responsibilities
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a frequently changing environment
Strong attention to details along with effective research and analysis skills
Motivation to grow and develop within the organisation and strong desire to progress
Good to have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Google Drive
Experience analyzing data, particularly with tools such as QlikSense or BQN
