How to Submit Your Invoices

  • Please address your invoice to: Project Global Management Services Corp., 3rd Floor R.A Nocon Bldg. 240 E. Rodriguez Highway Manggahan, Rodriguez (Montalban), Rizal, Region IV-A (Calabarzon), 1860.
  • IMPORTANT: Please submit all invoices, including any outstanding ones for completed work, directly to Project Global Management Services Corp.
  • Please kindly note dates for the work produced need to be listed under the description of the invoice.
  • Please e-mail your invoice to invoicing@projectrecruit.com on a monthly basis.
  • Project Global Management Services Corp. will get the approval from the client on your behalf.
  • Based on the client’s authorisation, the payment in the agreed currency will be processed to your provided bank account within 14 days of receiving an approval from Project Global Management Services Corp.’s Client. Payment will only be made if a corresponding invoice is provided.
