ServiceNow Functional Analyst

Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires Senior Business/Functional Analysis to be based at their client’s office in London, UK.

This is a hybrid role – you can work remotely in the UK and attend the London office 3 days per week .

This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start asap

Day rate: Competitive Market rate

Our client is seeking a Business and functional analysis candidate having good understanding of Servicenow data model and configurations. Expection is to have good understanding on ITIL processes – incidents, service requests and change management. Day to day interactions with Customer and understand the customer ask clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages configuration management operations like incidents, service requests & change requests etc.
  • Monitor data quality and remediate flagged issues
  • Support and design control and governance processes – Group and user role approvals.
  • Manages data goverance of Servicenow.
  • Daily/weekly connect with Customer.

Key Requirements

  • Associates should have 6-8 years of work experience.
  • Servicenow admin level experience is required
  • Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Understanding of the configuration Items (CIs).
  • Technical flow of Servicenow.
  • Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Basic understanding of PL/SQL.
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • Experience in Banking preferred – not mandatory.
