Data Analyst – Financial Events and Transcript

Our client, a global leader in the finance industry, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their dynamic Events and Transcripts team that focuses on delivering high-quality data solutions for the Corporate Events and Transcripts products. This role is critical to ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and quality in the client’s Corporate Events & Transcripts product.

This is a temporary contract starting in January 2026 and running until the end of December 2026, based in the City of London. You will be required to attend in-person training in London for the first two weeks, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After the training period, the role will be fully remote, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

This role involves managing KTLO Events & Transcripts project recruitment and day-to-day service desk operations. The role focuses on handling SDSK, and ADSK service requests, ensuring financial domain expertise in corporate events, and facilitating transcription deliveries to vendors with precision to ensure timely data availability on the client’s database.

 

The successful candidate will have a strong mix of financial data expertise, service desk operations experience, and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality corporate event data delivery, along with excellent interpersonal skills and familiarity with handling JIRA and Agile Workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

Monitor live streaming transcripts starting at 6:00 AM GMT, performing real-time quality checks and dashboard monitoring
Service Desk Management: Handle ADSK, SDSK requests, client inquiries, and sales escalations.
Event Data Accuracy: Validate dial-in/webcast details and event metadata ahead of calls to guarantee timely surface of content.
Operational Reporting: Provide daily of coverage, failures, escalations, and root-cause analysis of Streaming errors.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, BI, News) and vendors to maintain service-level agreements (SLAs)
Maintain operational continuity during transition periods, supporting manual monitoring processes until automation is completed
Webcast-based connections require Corp PC access—vendors cannot support this workflow due to device and dial-in restrictions.
Manage webcast-based connections that require internal corporate system access, where vendor support is not feasible
Coordinate internal connection setup and manage cross-vendor transcript escalations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
 

Requirements:

 

Financial domain expertise, particularly in corporate events
Service desk operations & incident management
Experience with KTLO projects, JIRA, and Agile Workflows
Strong client communication & engagement skills
Basic troubleshooting and issue escalation knowledge
Proficiency in Excel (Pivots/VBA/Data Analysis) is a plus
Bloomberg Terminal experience (preferred)
