- Identify cross-programme dependencies, duplication, strategic risks and opportunities for consolidation or reuse.
- Own and develop enterprise architecture management processes supported by LeanIX, including landscape, dependency, capability and roadmap visibility.
- Support portfolio, investment and change governance by providing architectural oversight, strategic challenge and enterprise-wide impact assessment.
- Develop and improve governance processes, decision rights, architecture lifecycle management and the architecture operating model.
- Produce governance reporting, metrics and insight for senior stakeholders, monitoring governance effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.

- Strong Enterprise Architecture experience, ideally within complex enterprise technology environments.
- Experience leading architecture governance, design authority forums and enterprise decision-making processes.

- Knowledge of portfolio governance, strategic planning, technology roadmaps and target-state architecture alignment.
- Ability to assess cross-programme dependencies, duplication, enterprise impacts and strategic risks.
- Experience developing and improving architecture operating models, governance workflows, decision rights and lifecycle processes.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills with senior technology and business leadership teams.
