Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires CyberArk L3.
This is a fully remote role
This is a 6+ month temporary contract to start asap
Day rate: Competitive Market rate
Role Details:
- Ability to perform CyberArk version Upgrade
- Ability to work with the internal Project team and end customer to continue design and deployment activities and further enhance the PAM solution
- DR activity (failover/failback) in CyberArk PAM
- Knowledge or experience with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA (SAML, Azure SSO, etc)
- Good Communication skills
- Customization of existing connection components & Plugins (Added Advantage)
- CyberArk Certification – CyberArk Defender (Added Advantage)
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the team and support the existing L2’s and L1’s with appropriate support in CyberArk
- Engage with the customer teams to provide the updates as needed
- Engage with the internal SME’s and provide/ define solutions to any issues that they need support with
- Proactively work on the solutions related to alerts and any improvements from CyberArk tool standpoint
- Engage with the team to check if the SOP’s are updated with the most recent information which will help the team from troubleshooting standpoint
- Engage with the team and provide any latest technical updates that the L1/ L2 team might not be aware of
Key Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS
- Manage & Maintain Password Vault & other CyberArk components (PVWA, PSM, CPM, PSMP)
- Hands-on experience in CyberArk version Upgrade
- Various CyberArk accounts Onboarding – Windows, Linux, Database
- Experience in CyberArk Onboarding – Application/Service accounts
- Safe administration and managing Privilege account (Password management and Session Management) .
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
- This role involves participating in shift-based on-call support
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with CyberArk AAM – AAM Integration, Service accounts Onboarding
- Experience in DR activity (failover/failback) in CyberArk PAM
- Experience in generating various Reports with CyberArk Tool
- Knowledge on API/ Automation (Added Advantage)
